I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke.
This June, July, and August, I’ll be taking on a huge challenge: swimming the full length of the English Channel to raise money for the Stroke Association.
I’m doing this for my two biggest inspirations my mum and my nan, and for everyone affected by stroke. The Stroke Association provides vital support, care, and research that makes a real difference to individuals and families navigating recovery and life after stroke.
I’ll be completing this distance in the pool over the course of three months, pushing myself physically and mentally to reach the equivalent of one of the toughest open water swims in the world.
Any donation, no matter how small, would mean so much and will go towards helping others facing the challenges of stroke. Thank you so much for your support 💙
