I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
I used to be a competitive swimmer in my younger days, so this challenge spoke to me. This way I get to raise money for an important cause, and also help myself on the way to getting fitter.
Something to focus on for the summer... Please donate if you can 💛💛💛🙏
I am aiming to swim the distance of the English Channel during the 6 week summer holidays.
That's 1320 lengths. 33km. Or 20.5 miles.
I've already done 72 lengths this last week, and boy can I feel it!!
I have a lot on my mind at the moment, and I need to focus on something that is just for me to achieve, and hopefully it will help the not so nice/unhelpful thoughts in my head. Leaving me with a sense of achievement and higher self worth.
Thank you 💛😘
Any amount donated is very much welcomed.
Thank you for your support, and here's hoping I don't regret my choice of distance haha 😂
