I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke. In a bid to raise money for an amazing cause and to get myself in better shape at the same time, I will be swimming the equivalent distance of crossing the channel throughout September. That’s 20.5 miles, 33km and 1,650 lengths of the 20m pool at my gym. Fitting this into the daily life of full time work and parenting will possibly be an equally as big achievement!
