I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke.
In 2018 I had a cerebella stroke and spent over 4 months in hospital recovering and rehabilitating. Being only 32 and very active person the floored my in lots of senses. Having my young family, Joseph and Flick my Wife Rebecca and dog Alfie helped me and really gave me something to fight for. Since then I have got back to my active life and even become a senior dinghy sailing instructor, and well as been an assistant scout leader. All along side running my business, which develops software for the NHS within Technical Pharmacy.
