I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke in fond memory of my Grandparents who were affected by a stroke and I'd really appreciate your support.
I'm aiming to swim 1 mile over a short period of time to raise money towards making sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support and to fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
