I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge!
Hiiiii everyone! I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke. I have taken the plunge and signed myself up for the challenge to swim the North Channel which is 13miles, the equivalent of 836laps. I’ve given myself a month to do so😮💨
This charity is very close to my heart 💓 My dad and my boyfriend have both had a stroke but thankfully haven’t sustained many major after effects. With working within a nursing home I have seen first hand how devastating the effects can be, therefore any donation small or large I will be forever grateful! The stroke aftercare team are awesome and still now check in with my family! Happy swimming🏊🏼♀️💜
