I'm taking part in the Swim for Stroke challenge! As you may know I suffered a stroke over 2 years ago and feel strongly about supporting others
I joined #TeamStroke for Swim for Stroke.
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

Friday 29th Sep Well today was last swim I have swam 13 and a half miles. When I first stated I didn't think I would be able to do this. It was not easy at times due to visual deficit and sensory issues , however I was determined to raise some funds and raise awareness ShareThank you to my sponsors
