I joined #TeamStroke for the Cardiff Half Marathon 2025!
Dad had a stroke around two years ago. We’ve been fortunate to receive amazing support, but it has still been a huge challenge for our family. I can only imagine how much harder it must be for those who don’t have it.
I’m fundraising, to help make sure stroke survivors and their families don’t have to face recovery alone.
