This is a flat route so you have the chance to achieve a personal best! Spectators will also line the streets to cheer you on, creating a buzzing atmosphere.

Charity Place

To register for one of our limited charity places in the Cardiff Half Marathon, you will be required to pay a £10 registration fee and commit to raising a minimum sponsorship target (not including gift aid) of £250.

Own Place

If you have secured your own place through the Cardiff Half Marathon organisers directly, we would love for you to join #TeamStroke. Those who secure their own place will have no minimum sponsorship target, but everything you do raise will help rebuild lives after stroke.

Why join #TeamStroke?

Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke. Taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon means you are part of the team helping us to continue the work that we do, such as funding stroke support services and researching better treatments, care and rehabilitation.

Along the way, we will support you with training tips and fundraising advice, one-to-one support and you'll also receive your very own Stroke Association running vest to wear with pride on the big day.

If you have any questions, please contact our fundraising team at supporter.relations@stroke.org.uk
