I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke
This year I'll be running the Great North Run in memory of my Nana, who sadly passed suddenly last July after suffering a stroke unexpectedly. It's a challenge I wanted to take on to honour her and raise awareness of how stroke affects so meany families. I'll be raising money for the Stroke Association, whose work supports stroke survivors and their families.
Any support means a lot and will help make a difference.
