Join us for a day of information, inspiration and connection

If you or someone you care about has been affected by stroke, we'd love you to join us for Stroke Information Live – Norfolk & Suffolk.

When: Tuesday 22 September 2026, 10.00am - 4.00pm. (Registration open from 9.15am).

Following the success of our first Stroke Information Live event in Milton Keynes earlier this year, we're bringing this exciting event to Norfolk and Suffolk.

Stroke Information Live is a free event designed to help people affected by stroke feel informed, connected and inspired. Throughout the day you'll hear from expert speakers, stroke survivors and professionals covering a range of topics to support life after stroke. You'll also have the opportunity to meet local organisations, discover services available in your area and connect with others who understand the challenges of stroke.

Whether your stroke happened recently or many years ago, there will be something for everyone.

If you are coming with someone, they need to register too.
