I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge for my Grandpa!

I joined #TeamStroke for Stride for Stroke. I will be taking one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge for me will start from 1st February until 1st November. I’m not very active at all due to my health but doing this for my Grandpa as his suffered many now but 2 big ones in a month that’s hospitalised him all over Christmas. 😢

Any help at all will be so much appreciated and if you want to join me on a walk one day to build the daily steps let me know 😁
