I'm fundraising for...
Some of you might know that my Dad (Fred Merrifield) had a Stroke and as part of his ongoing recovery he visits his local Stroke Association group in Maidstone. The group meetings are a mixture of support, information and always social, just having the chance to compare notes with others in a similar situation has been a tremendous plus for my Dad.
I'm running Paris Marathon on Sunday 12th April, I have funded my own place, so all the donations here go across to the Stroke Association national work.
