I'm taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2025 as part of #TeamStroke
This year I am challenging myself to take part in my first ever running event. Many of you will know just how much I like a challenge so what better way than to go straight in at the deep end at the Edinburgh Marathon 2025. I am under no illusions about the level of the endurance task that lies ahead for both mind and body as I take on 16 weeks of training for the big day.
As further motivation I will be running to raise funds for The Stroke Association Charity. A charity supporting a great cause which I know is close to the hearts of many family and friends.
We would be so grateful for any donations that can help towards achieving the target amount and driving me on to do the very best I can on the day.
