Rise for Recovery: Stronger After Stroke

We are Rise for Recovery — a passionate team raising awareness and funds to support the Stroke Association UK, an organisation dedicated to helping survivors reclaim their lives after stroke.

Every five minutes, someone in the UK has a stroke. And for every survivor, the journey doesn't end after leaving the hospital — in many ways, it's just beginning. Stroke can take away the ability to walk, speak, remember, or even perform basic daily tasks. It impacts not only the survivor but also their families, friends, and communities. Recovery takes time, strength, support, and resources.

That’s why we’re stepping up. Our fundraiser is about more than just raising money — it’s about amplifying voices, restoring dignity, and showing that recovery is possible when we rise together. Donations will help fund critical services like personalized rehabilitation, emotional support groups, carer networks, and innovative stroke research that could change lives in the future.
