Cardiff Half Marathon as part of #TeamStroke

June 15th marks 5 years since my Nan, Moira, passed away following a catastrophic stroke. Stroke continues to affect thousands of people and families a year so in honour of my Nan, I’ve chosen to run the Cardiff Half for the Stroke association. Running my fifth half, in memory of her, on her fifth year.

Any donation means so much and has the potential to change the lives of those affected by stroke and research for the future.
