I'm taking part in the TCS London Marathon as part of #TeamStroke ♥️

I joined #TeamStroke for the TCS London Marathon 2026.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

In 2021 my grandma has a stroke which left her unable to move or speak, a condition know as locked in syndrome. I’m running in support of families who have to rebuild their lives after stroke. Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke. The people affected by stroke deserve the very best care and support as my family once received. Im running for better stroke care and to fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments 💫
