I'm taking part in the Great North Run as part of #TeamStroke

I am challenging myself to run the Great North Run in memory of my Grandma, who suffered with a stroke.

I am proud to be running on behalf of the Stroke Association.

In the UK there is an average of one stroke every five minutes. The Stroke Association support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. They provide specialist support, fund critical research and campaign to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support to rebuild their lives.

Any donations to help achieve my goal would be massively appreciated.
