Nina’s Half Marathon!!

Monday 5th Jan

Hello everyone! I’m running my very first half marathon - something I never thought I’d say!! I’ve got a lot of training ahead and it’s definitely going to be a challenge, but I’m doing it for the Stroke Association.

This charity does some absolutely amazing work. I’ve seen first-hand how the aphasia stroke support groups they run create a welcoming, supportive and safe space for people whose lives have changed suddenly because of stroke, as well as all the other incredible things they fund and support.
