I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Stride for Stroke. I will be taking one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days.
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

Grandma ❤️ stride for stroke
Wednesday 6th Sep At the start of last month my grandma suffered a serious stroke affecting 3 parts of her brain…seeing my grandma go from the independent woman she was to now being immobile was the toughest thing for us a family to get our head around…what did we do? We all stepped up to a carer role to ensure my grandma was well looked after during this difficult time. Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke and we are making sure my grandma certainly is. I am taking part in stride for stroke to raise awareness, help fund treatment, care and rehabilitation for stroke survivors. I have chosen to walk 1.3million steps in 130 days….aiming to complete this by Christmas Eve! Any donations will be greatly appreciated and I know my grandma would be proud of me for raising money to help out other stroke victims. ShareThank you to my sponsors
