I'm taking part in the TCS London Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the TCS London Marathon 2025.
There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
As many of you know I have spent most of my adult life raising funds and awareness for stroke, since my mother passed away from one when I was 23. I always joked i would never do a marathon! well the jokes on me and never say never as ive decided this year I will run and raise as much money as possible one glamorous step at a time. I hope you will come on this journey with me and support me and those affected by stroke.
