I’m excited to be joining #TeamStroke for the 2025 Great Birmingham Run!
In the UK, over 1.3 million people are living with the effects of a stroke, and 100,000 strokes happen each year—that’s one every five minutes.
Last year, I lost my grandma to a stroke—a devastating loss for me and my family. In her memory, I’m raising funds for the Stroke Association to support survivors as they rebuild their lives and to help families who, like mine, have lost loved ones.
