I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Stride for Stroke. I will be taking one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days.
I'll be doing the challenge in febuary which is a total of 130,000 steps. I expect to start the 1st of Feb and finish by the 29th of Feb.
This charity is very close to my heart as my grandad suffered a major stroke where he was in hospital for nearly 4 weeks and in rehab for 4 weeks also. He still has a little issue with the cognitive side of things..
My best friend also lost her grandad very recently this will also be in aid of him. As he was such a lovely man.
