Supporting the Stroke Association in Honour of My Nan

In early March, our family was shaken when my beloved nan suffered a stroke. It was a frightening and uncertain time, but thanks to the incredible care she received and her own strength and determination, she is now on the road to recovery. Watching her fight to regain her independence has been nothing short of inspiring.

This experience has opened my eyes to just how vital stroke support and research really are. The Stroke Association has been instrumental in helping stroke survivors and their families navigate life after stroke — providing critical information, resources, and hope.

Now, I want to give something back.

I'm raising funds for the Stroke Association to help ensure that more people like my nan get the support they need — not just to survive, but to thrive.
