I'm fundraising for the Stroke Assocation At Newport 10k

Back in 2014 I lost my father Michael aged 54 due to different illness but, seven years previous to his passing he had multiple major strokes and multiple mini strokes within the spaces of a few hours, and life was never the same for him or myself again. Dad always guided my life through sport being rugby and always got the best out of me for my ability. Many people including himself know the toll of loosing my best friend as had on myself and my life. But I need to do something and feel like anything is possible if you work hard for it !!!! So Newport 10k is the start of a two year plan to dream of completing an Ironman. Im no Sir Mo Farah but please dig deep i will finish this 10k !!!!! Thanks Basher x x
