Stride for Stroke

My Activity Tracking

283,009
Steps

My target 13000000 Steps

I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!

Some of you may be aware some of you not.

But my wonderful and amazing niece had a stroke last year at just 4 years old.
She is a true fighter like her mum but it is still an uphill battle. Regular appointments with physio's occupational health, wrist splints, specialist equipment and much more.
My amazing sister and her Fiancé are incredible and have been so strong through out the whole process of something you never think would happen to an innocent little 4 year old.

Emily is a credit to this world with her amazing banter and willingness to achieve despite all she has been through.

Watching from the sidelines is not something i am great at, i want to help but there's is nothing i can physically do so i am raising awareness for Childhood Stroke Victims and their families, as its not something that is common knowledge out there and you would never dream of it happening to a child you are close to.

There are 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK and i will be taking a step for each one of them. 1.3 million steps in 130 days.
I am starting Monday 29th April and will be logging my steps. I will be finishing 6th September and looking forward to raising awareness as well as funds if you could please donate to such an amazing cause.
