I'm taking part in the Great Manchester Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Great Manchester Run 2025.
There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, and my Dad, Tim, is one of them.
In September 2022 he had a life changing stroke, in the intervening months and years he’s shown incredible strength and courage to recover and be the man he is today.
I’m running this race for him, and any support you can provide would be hugely appreciated.
The Stroke Association is a fantastic charity that supports people to rebuild their lives after a stroke. They rely on our support and donations to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
