I'm running TWO MARATHONS in TWO WEEKS!

Stroke impacted my beloved father, grandmother and mother, as well as fab members of my extended family. I want to help other families who experience stroke, by running the Dartmoor Marathon and London Marathon in April 2026 to raise awareness of the Stroke Association. 

A bit about the charity: 'Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.'

It's all over now... what an adventure!

My goodness, what happened? I ran two marathons in two weeks over two very different courses and settings. Dartmoor was a small event with miles of hills and London was, well, London on steroids. 

Both events were fantastic. They were well organised, brilliantly supported and full of hope, optimism and dedication.
