I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke for Stride for Stroke. I will be taking one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days.
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

Saturday 30th Dec On November 3rd my Mam had a severe Haemorrhagic stroke that changed my mams and her loved ones life. It was so bad that at one point the Drs told me and my family to start saying our goodbyes to her. But my mam is a fighter, she wasn’t going to go out like that. Every day since she has fought hard and is working hard every day in physio therapy and speech therapy to regain some of the independence she used to have. One day I know she will get there. She makes me proud every single day ❤️ Strokes devastate the lives of its survivors and their loved ones. So I’m taking on this challenge to help in a small way anyone else who is going through what is my mam is currently going through. ShareThank you to my sponsors
