I'm taking part in the Brighton Marathon 2027 as part of #TeamStroke
Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. With strength, determination and the right support, recovery is possible.
By taking on this challenge with Team Stroke, I'll be fundraising to provide tailored support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year, fund vital scientific research, and campaign to secure the best care and support for everyone affected by stroke.
Every donation helps someone find strength through support at a time they need it most. Thank you so much for being part of this journey with me.

Two Siblings, One Marathon, One Very Special Reason ❤️
Friday 28th AugWe’re doing it! 🏃♀️🏃♂️❤️
My brother and I have both been accepted to run the Brighton Marathon for the Stroke Association, and this one means so much more to us than simply crossing a finish line.
Earlier this year, our family saw first-hand just how suddenly a stroke can change somebody’s life. Watching my mother-in-law Jean and everyone who loves her adjust to life after her stroke has made us realise just how important the work of the Stroke Association really is.
So my brother and I are taking on 26.2 miles together. There will undoubtedly be sore legs, difficult training days and moments when we wonder what on earth we’ve signed ourselves up for! 😂 But knowing who we’re running for — and knowing that every pound we raise could help another stroke survivor and their family — will keep us going.
We’d be incredibly grateful for any donation, however big or small. And if you’re unable to donate, simply sharing our page would mean just as much.
Two siblings. 26.2 miles. One finish line. And hopefully a lot of money raised for an amazing cause. ❤️
Thank you so much for supporting us.

You are amazing and I love you dearly
