Why #TeamStroke
As many people know, two years ago ‘Eleanor Holt’ suffered a stroke at the age of just 24. Doctors were reluctant to entertain the idea that it was a stroke, due to her age but eventually we got the answers we needed.
The long road to recovery started and still continues two years later, although i’m proud of the progress El has made ❤️
On the 4th May, I will be running the Birmingham 10k and decided to do so for the Stroke Association, who alongside many other organisations, have helped support El in her Recovery.
If you could spare a few £ to sponsor my run and help raise awareness for strokes, especially in younger people, then I would be really appreciative.
