Auntie Ange’s story 🤍
Saturday 28th FebAnge
My auntie had a stroke on Christmas Day 2025 at just 44 years old, due to a blocked artery in her neck and a blood clot on her brain. Ange got rushed to Steppinghill Hospital to get her treatment and to make her stable, she lost all feeling and use of her left side. Once Ange was stable she got moved to Tameside hospital to recover with physio and rehabilitation. Ange has been in hospital for 8 weeks and has made massive achievements and is now walking with a stick. We are so proud of Ange and her achievements, never gave up and always staying positive. At the start of the 8th week Ange was allowed home to start her next chapter of recovery, starting to be more independent with her recovery at home. I’ve never met anyone so positive!! Ange will never let this stroke beat her!
Onwards and upwards 💗
