I'm taking part in the TCS London Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the TCS London Marathon 2026. In memory of my Grandad and for my beautiful Nanny, who is currently in recovery after having a stroke in December 2024. This will be the biggest physical challenge I have given myself so far. Your support means the world!
Seeing how a stroke has changed my Nans life and also ours, has given me motivation to raise money for the Stroke Association who are researching why strokes happen, how to prevent them and the ensure there is support for those who are surviving the affects of a stroke.

We're here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.”
