I'm challenging myself to run a half marathon in support of #TeamStroke
I’m joining #TeamStroke and undertaking the challenge of a half marathon for the Great Manchester Run on the 18th of May, 2025! 🏃♀️
Team Stroke is a cause close to my heart; they work with the stroke community to make sure those affected by stroke get the very best care. This support is indispensable, so please give what you can to help others receive this valuable aid!
There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
Team Stroke supports survivors to rebuild their lives after stroke. Myself and Team Stroke believes everyone deserves to live the best life they can after a stroke. They rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
