Join us for the Great Manchester Run 2025. This spectacular running event boasts a vibrant city centre start and finish, with both Half Marathon and 10k routes taking runners out of the city, past the iconic football stadiums. You'll soak up the best of the Mancunian spirit as you run past the multiple music zones and enjoy the buzz of supporters along the way. With this route, you have the chance to achieve a personal best!
Charity place
10k charity places cost £15 and have a £150 minimum sponsorship target (excluding gift aid).
Half Marathon charity places cost £25 and have a £250 minimum sponsorship target (excluding gift aid).
Own place
If you have secured your own place directly through the Great Run website, we would love for you to join #TeamStroke. Those who secure their own place will have no minimum sponsorship target, although every penny raised will help rebuild lives after stroke.

Will I receive a running vest to wear at the Great Manchester Run?
Yes, you will be sent a Stroke Association running vest. This will arrive with you approximately one month before the event.
Will you have a cheer point on the day?
