I'm fundraising for...
I’m running the London Marathon this year in honour of one of my clients. For the past three and a half years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Chris following his stroke and resulting aphasia. Over these years, I’ve witnessed resilience close up that has altered my perspective in and outside of work.
Stroke changes one's life instantly. The ability to speak freely, to move easily, to express needs, opinions, humour, etc. suddenly requires immense effort. Us able bodied folk take our cooperating bodies and fluent speech for granted!
If you are able to donate, you willl be supporting the Stroke Association’s vital work with stroke survivors and their families in helping people rebuilding their lives with extraordinary courage.
Thanks for your support :)
