I'm taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

My beloved grandad Ray sadly passed away due to a stroke 4 weeks before I was born. He was such a courageous, loving caring man that I sadly never had the privilege of meeting. I carry his name with me as Elin Rae and that is the biggest honour. I would do anything to have a second with him so raising money for the stroke association is allowing me to give people the opportunity with their loved ones that I sadly never had the chance to.
