I joined #TeamStroke for the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026!

I’m excited to share that I’ll be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 in support of the Stroke Association. 💜

Working on a stroke ward, I see every day how life-changing a stroke can be — not only for those who experience it, but also for their families and loved ones. That’s why I want to help raise awareness and support the amazing work this charity does for stroke survivors.
