I'm fundraising for...
Some of you will know my friend, Georgia. She's 22 years old and has already suffered multiple strokes. She's recently been forced to give up playing the sport she loves as it's now been deemed too dangerous, but continues to fight on giving up her time to help coach children and young adults at Ackworth Girls Football Club. She is truly an inspiration.
I have some 10k runs in the pipeline this year, and will be walking the last 100km of the Camino de Santiago and it would be great if we can raise some money for the people who have helped her on her journey.
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

Camino Day 3
Sunday 13th Apr We've made it to day 3 - a short 10 miler only today. An inspirational adventure so far meeting many pilgrims with their individual stories to tell.
Camino a go go!
Thursday 27th Mar Just two weeks until we begin our Camino de Santiago - 100km in the spring Spanish sun.
Wakefield 10k
Sunday 16th Mar First race out of the way and it felt like a hilly one! The last mile was tough as it was quite an uphill section!
