I'm Running a 10K for the Stroke Association – In Memory of John Conlin.

On 12th October 2025, I’ll be taking on a 10K run to raise money for the Stroke Association – a charity that works tirelessly to support stroke survivors and fund vital research.

This cause is deeply personal to me. My wife tragically lost her father after he suffered a catastrophic stroke. It was sudden and utterly devastating .

Although he sadly passed away, we are incredibly grateful for the remarkable care and support he received in his final days and hours. The Wiltshire Air Ambulance acted with incredible speed and professionalism to get him the urgent help he needed, and the team at Southmead Hospital in Bristol gave him the highest level of care with compassion and dignity.

We can't thank those heroes enough – but I hope that by raising money for the Stroke Association, I can do something positive in his memory and help other families affected by stroke.
