I'm taking part in the Spin for Stroke challenge!
I joined #TeamStroke in the Spin for Stroke Challenge.
My aim is to cycle 400km (250miles) in total across a combination of road cycling and mountain biking. I will be using local routes and trails. I am aiming to achieve this target by the end of November. I have set myself this challenge to raise money for the Stroke Association Charity which is a charity close to our hearts 💙
Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. We believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, so we work with the stroke community to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. We rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.
