I'm taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!
ive joined the Stroke Association for their 'Stride for Stroke' challenge. over 130 days i will be attempting to take 1.3 million steps - that's 1 step for cach of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK👟
there is a stroke in the UK every five minutes and this is something that's affected my family multiple times in very significant ways. the Stroke Association is here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. sponsoring me on this challenge will directly help towards funding for stroke services and rescarching better treatments, care and rehabilitation🧠
