My mum and I are taking part in the Stride for Stroke challenge!
We joined #TeamStroke for Stride for Stroke. I alongside my mum, will be taking one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days.
Stroke Association is close to our hearts as a family after losing my amazing sister Samantha in 2020. Although our lives will never be the same again I hope that by raising some vital funds towards preventative research, other families won't have to face the heartbreak we have.
