All of us have someone close whose life’s been affected by a stroke.
There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
The Stroke Association rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and fund research into preventative and rehabilitative treatments.

Race Day
Sunday 4th Oct At last it's race day. A beautiful sunny day but a bit warm. Amazing spectators with lots of encouragement all the way round.
Week 13
Monday 14th Sep Longest run yet 19k but only at an easy pace. Proved to myself I can run for that long and hopefully will go faster on the day ☺️ Share

Wednesday 9th Sep 17k completed this week. Tired legs but feel that the 21k is now possible 😃 Share
