I'm taking part in the Great Manchester Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke
I joined #TeamStroke for the Great Manchester Run 2025.
I signed up to run a half marathon after setting myself a number of goals this year! I started my fitness and weight loss journey last October and started running and loved it!
I’ve never done anything like this before so it’s going to be a huge challenge but I’m up for it and The Stroke Association is such a worthy cause!
There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.
They rely on your support to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and research in to stroke.
