We are taking part in the Great North Run 2026 as part of #TeamStroke

Nastya and myself are taking part in Great North Run 2026 half-marathon. this is not only a good cause to fund-raise for #TeamStroke but also a fantastic way to celebrate Nastya Birthday happening just one day before.

For that we joined #TeamStroke for the Great North Run 2026.

There are over 1.4 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

No survivor should have to face life after stroke without stroke support, providing consistent, tailored help on the long journey to recovery.
