I'm taking part in the Brighton Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
Hi all
I'll be running Brighton marathon this year for the stroke association.
As a lot of you will know I have worked in and around stroke for my whole career and it's very close to my heart.
In the last year I've got the running bug and manage to complete a half marathon in August last year. The next logical step seems to be to be a full marathon, a leap I'm looking forward to trying.
I couldn't think of any organisation I would rather raise money for so please dig deep and support my crazy attempt and give to a great cause.
