Cardiff Half Marathon 2026
Some may call it a quarter life crisis, but on 4th October 2026, I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Stroke Association 🏃🏽♀️
As an Occupational Therapist working on the acute stroke and stroke rehab wards at UHS, I have seen the life changing impact that a stroke can have, but I have also had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people and being a small part of their rehabilitation journeys 🧠
