Ria & Nuvraj: In loving memory of Jagruti Patel

We are taking part in the Great Manchester Run 2025 as part of #TeamStroke

I joined #TeamStroke for the Great Manchester Run 2025.

In memory of Ria’s mum, Jagruti Patel, we will be taking part in the Great Manchester Run! Ria’s mum was an amazing woman. She was strong, resilient, loving, caring, compassionate the list goes on. Unfortunately, she had a stroke in 2016 leaving behind, Ria at the age of 14 and Ria’s little brother at the age of 3 just a day after his birthday. It is important for us to raise awareness of stroke and help people to research into the signs and symptoms of having a stroke and what to do if you suspect something is wrong. Ria’s mum was just 40 years old when she was taken away from her and her little brother and we never want anyone to experience the loss we have. Therefore if you could donate even a small amount and spread the word so people are able to educate themselves on this matter, we would be ever so grateful. Thank you everyone ❤️
