We are taking part in the Brighton Marathon as part of #TeamStroke
We joined #TeamStroke for the Brighton Marathon 2024.
As a group of students from Falcon FX, we wanted to challenge ourselves to running a marathon with only 6 months to prepare. We wanted to expand our comfort zones and apply to our training the principles of discipline, consistency, and accountability we have been taught at Falcon.
This is our way of giving back, both to the Falcon community for helping us become the people we are today and the wider community where a stroke can have a devastating impact on any family.

We're here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke.
